Why Panama City Homeowners Call Us
-
Family owned and operated
The family that owns the company also quotes the work, so the estimate and the accountability sit with the same people.
-
Licensed and insured
Licensed and insured, covering each chimney and fireplace job we accept.
-
Upfront, honest pricing
The price is in writing before work begins, and any change is discussed with you first.
-
Same-day service is available
Same-day visits happen when the day's bookings leave room, and we say so plainly when they do not.
Save 10% on Work Booked in the 72 Hours After Your Inspection
The inspection costs nothing. Approve any repair, sweep or install within 72 hours of it and 10% comes off that job.
A family business on the roof and at the hearth
Panama City Chimney & Sons is a family business. The people who answer the phone, climb the ladder and do the masonry work together, and the name on the truck is the name that answers for the job afterwards.
We work on chimneys and fireplaces in Panama City: sweeping and inspections, leaks, crowns, caps and flashing, brick and stucco, liners, and wood, gas and electric fireplaces.
How we like to work
Every job starts with a free inspection. We show you what we found, explain it in plain words and write the price down before anything is touched. If the chimney is in good shape, we say so.
Our experienced crew covers the room, cleans up at the end of each day and leaves a short written record of the work.
- Free inspection and a written estimate
- Licensed and insured
- Workmanship warranty on the repairs we finish
- 24/7 emergency line for urgent problems
Proudly American and local
We are a local, family-owned company based on Nadine Road in Panama City. Our customers are our neighbors, and we want them to call us again and to mention us to the people next door.
How a Job Runs From Call to Cleanup
-
Describe what is wrong
Call or send the form with what you have noticed: a drip, a stain, a stuck damper or a burner that will not stay lit.
-
We inspect for free
A crew member checks the chimney or fireplace, shows you what failed and why, and writes the estimate on the spot.
-
You pick the work
Nothing starts until you approve the written price. Book within 72 hours of the inspection and the job is 10% off.
-
We finish and clean up
The repair is done, the area is cleaned, and you get a plain account of the work with our workmanship warranty.
