What the request form collects
The form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need and, if you choose, an email address. We also record the page you sent it from and how you arrived at the site, so we know what you were reading.
How we use it
We use your details to call you back, book the visit and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information. Service providers that help us run the website, deliver email and store requests handle it only for those purposes.
Phone taps and site activity
When you tap the phone number, the site notes that a call was started so we can follow up on missed calls. Standard server logs and basic analytics record pages visited, without the contents of any call.
Your choices
Call the office to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, except where we must keep job records.
